Water therapy can address pre-natal and birth traumas, shock traumas and developmental issues, as well as support in dealing with burnout, restlessness, sleeping difficulties, physical and emotional pain, cultivating resilience and the ability to self-regulate, and also allows you to simply relax and enjoy life.

Are you ready for water?
A water therapy session is conducted on a one-on-one basis, tailored to the individual patient, in a private pool heated to 35 degrees Celsius (body temperature). Upon arrival and readiness to enter the pool, we will meet in the water and commence the session with a conversation to ensure it aligns with your specific needs. The session will last approximately one hour, after which you will have time for transitioning back to land.
