Are you ready for water?
A water therapy session is conducted on a one-on-one basis, tailored to the individual patient, in a private pool heated to 35 degrees Celsius (body temperature). Upon arrival and readiness to enter the pool, we will meet in the water and commence the session with a conversation to ensure it aligns with your specific needs. The session will last approximately one hour, after which you will have time for transitioning back to land.
