"Original experience occurs in the cells and fluids of the body and is then recorded and stored in the nervous system"
Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen
Informed by both academic knowledge and alternative body-mind methods, each session in the water adapts uniquely to the client’s needs, incorporating supported floating and movement or gentle immersion, to release stress, anxiety and trauma, and to promote well-being.

Water therapy can support in dealing with burnout, restlessness, sleeping difficulties, physical and emotional pain, cultivating resilience and the ability to self-regulate, and also allows you to simply relax and enjoy life.

I meet adults of all ages in a "water clinic" - a private warm pool (35 degrees celsius) for a single session or for a series of sessions, according to the client's needs.
