My journey into water therapy began during one of my many travels to India. I was on a meditation retreat, when I felt for the first time an irresistible call from the water. I returned home and took a flight to California, the birthplace of aquatic bodywork. The water drew me in with its immense quiet and freedom. It resonated deeply with my spiritual path, connecting me to a familiar sense of peace.

This powerful encounter compelled me to share this healing space with others, guiding them towards the unique access to themselves and the transformative potential that water offers. In the water I finally found a space where I can breath, and how to reveal this space on land too, became my main practice.

For me, my work is less about applying a specific technique and more about fostering an approach. I see the water as a platform for life itself, where transformation occures naturally. My role is to facilitate my clients' own innate capacity to heal, allowing them to discover that this healing power already resides within.

In my practice, I integrate different water modalities such as Fluid Presence and WaterDance, along with land-based methods such as Body-Mind Centering and Somatic Experiencing, combining verbal and non-verbal communication. Water, as primordial environment for life, binds and supports all parts of ourselves, allowing for full expression and integration.

My personal journey into somatic practices revealed how deeply our bodies and minds are intertwined. Becoming aware of my own body helped me understand the frozen or painful places and how my thoughts influenced my body's reactions. Conversely, I noticed how my physical patterns shaped my worldview. My own traumas and difficult life’s events which were stored in my body could slowly unwined, creating more ease, joy and resiliency. As Peter Levine said, "Trauma is a fact of life, but it does not have to be a life sentence." Trauma healing and regulation support then gradually became another domain I am passionate about.

Currently completing my psychology degree, I recognize the value of conventional scientific knowledge in understanding the complexities of the human psyche. I find that an integrated, holistic approach requires embracing both evidence-based data and alternative methods. By holding these diverse perspectives together, I can better support my clients' journeys to reconnect with themselves and find their ways for healing, for resilience and for befriending with life.
