My professional path began in India, where I first experienced aquatic bodywork and its profound therapeutic potential. In a way, water taught me how to breathe again, and this experience continues to inform my professional practice. In 2018, I completed certification with the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association (trained by Shantam Lanz). Over the years, I expanded my expertise through advanced training in somatic and trauma-informed approaches, including Body-Mind Centering and Somatic Experiencing, and later completed university studies in Psychology.
By weaving these modalities together, I offer a structured yet deeply attuned, integrative framework that supports resilience, embodiment, and sustainable well-being through the healing and transformation that water, as a therapeutic environment, can offer. I take a holistic perspective that supports people in reconnecting with their innate capacity for healing and cultivate greater stability, coherence, and connection — first in the water and from there, into everyday life.
With a deep bow to all the teachers who taught me in direct and indirect ways throughout my journey.
